• ● Manage the recruitment process and hired recruitment firms for new candidates • ● Preparing payroll data and ensuring timely submission to payroll services. • ● Maintain accurate employee records both electronic and physical • ● Track and report on staff leave and attendance across all offices • ● Track and report on company assets including staff uniform, laptops, mobile phones. • ● Manage staff benefits program, monthly submission of staff communication allowance • ● Manage company nominated hospitals and hotels across all the regions, hotel reservations, tracking medical cover, authorizing treatment and general employee welfare. • ● Support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner In addition to these responsibilities, all employees are encouraged to propose programs, strategies or experiments which they feel offer a promising avenue for improvements to the company or livelihoods of the farmers.
