KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Establish HR systems (recruitment, contracts, payroll) compliant with Ugandan laws.
• 2. Lead office setup (location selection, procurement, logistics) for Uganda site launch.
• 3. Manage recruitment via local channels to build teams and talent pools.
• 4. Bridge HQ-local operations: Report progress, align systems, and implement corporate culture.
• 5. Ensure compliance: Audits, records management, and risk control.
• 6. Oversee daily operations: Admin systems, vendor management, and cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• 1. Ugandan national + bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration.2. 5+ years HR/admin experience (new site launch preferred).
• 3. Expertise in Ugandan labor/tax regulations.
• 4. Full HR module proficiency (recruitment, payroll, employee relations).
• 5. Fluent English & Swahili (written/spoken).
• 6. Cross-cultural collaboration skills for
• Kenya/Changsha HQ alignment.
• 7. Adaptability to fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
