• Recruitment & Onboarding – Advertise roles, support interviews, manage induction programs, track probation, and ensure job descriptions are updated. • Payroll & Benefits – Assist in payroll processing, manage benefits, and support performance-based incentives. • Training & Development – Coordinate training needs, manage the annual training calendar, and oversee training evaluations. • Employee Relations & Welfare – Handle queries, promote employee wellness, and support grievance handling and compliance. • Performance Management – Facilitate appraisal processes and monitor performance metrics. • Expatriate Support – Assist with work permits, visas, and accommodation. • Union Engagement – Collaborate with shop stewards to address staff issues. • HR Administration – Maintain up-to-date records and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
