KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish HR systems (recruitment, contracts, pay-roll) compliant with Ugandan laws.
• Lead office setup (location selection, procurement, logistics) for Uganda site launch.
• Manage recruitment via local channels to build teams and talent pools.
• Bridge HQ-local operations: Report progress, align systems, and implement corporate culture.
• Ensure compliance: Audits, records management, and risk control.
• Oversee daily operations: Admin systems, vendor management, and cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Ugandan national + bachelor’s degree in HR/Ad-ministration.
• 5+ years HR/admin experience (new site launch preferred).
• Expertise in Ugandan labor/tax regulations.
• Full HR module proficiency (recruitment, payroll, employee relations).
• Fluent English & Swahili (written/spoken).
• Cross-cultural collaboration skills for Ken-ya/Changsha HQ alignment.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, multi-tasking environ-ments.
