• A good Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration HR option or Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Arts, Social Sciences or Management. • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration HR option or Industrial and Organizational Psychology. • OR At least a Master’s degree in arts, Social Sciences, Management with a post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. • A professional qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage. • Good at HR Information Systems Management and Computer • Literacy such as MS Office Packages like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • C.
