KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in recruitment, placement and separation process of staff in line with FRC procedures. • Arrange and prepare orientation schedules for newly hired staff and provide them with the necessary start-up paperwork. • In liaison with the HR Manager, monitor the performance management of staff. • Prepare support staff’s on-boarding documentation. • Provide updates for both medical and GPA insurances and act as insurance focal point for staff. • Ensure that systematic personal filing systems (physical and electronic) are up to date. • Prepare monthly payroll and related documentation to justify the transactions. • Update leave database and provide monthly updates to staff on the use. • Assist in the preparation of the monthly HR report. • Print, photocopy, bind, file and scan official documents when required.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relevant such as Business Administration with specialization on HR, Industrial & Organizational Psychology or Social Science combined with HR related work experience. • Experience: • At least 1 years’ experience in Human Resource Management. • Essential Skills and Attributes: • Recruitment solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication ability. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Well organised with good analytical report writing skills. • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
