KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update employee records • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes • Organize training sessions and staff engagement activities • Monitor attendance and leave records • Prepare HR-related reports and letters • Support payroll and benefits administration • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies • Respond to employee queries and concerns • Perform other HR and administrative duties as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role is an added advantage • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems • High level of organization and attention to detail
