KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that all administrative issues are looked after, e.g. staff contracts, monthly approvals, routine payments for electricity, water, etc; ensuring that statutory licenses are in place, leave approvals, processing of payroll, recording of attendance. • To ensure that all employees are kept happy by addressing all issues, complaints, etc. • To be in charge of recruitment • The right person will head the entire Human Resource Department and look after over 150 employees.
