• Prepare HR reports, proposals, and other official documentation with clarity and professionalism. • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and actively follow up on leads until closure. • Maintain a tracker of client engagements, visits, and pending follow-ups. • Draft and send professional emails and reminders to clients and partners. • Coordinate and support recruitment, staff documentation, and training assignments. • Contribute to proposal writing for HR projects and consulting assignments. • Ensure timely communication with clients and provide administrative support to the HR team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology or a related field. • Proven training in human resource management and practices. • Strong business writing, editing, and communication skills in English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook). • Excellent time management, self-initiative, and attention to detail. • A client-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
