Benefits Administration: • – Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations. • – Respond to employee benefits-related inquiries. • 4. Employee Relations: • – Provide support for employee relations issues and conflicts. • – Assist with investigations and resolution processes. • 5. HR Administration: • – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. • – Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics.

• 1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred. • 2. 1-2 years of HR related experience. • 3. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • 4.
