KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new employee onboarding, prepare contracts, conducting orientation sessions
• 2.Records Management and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, company policies and Ugandan labor laws and regulations. Manage employee leave records attendance
• 3. Administrative Support: Handle HR-related inquiries, prepare HR-related reports, correspondence. Assist with organization HR events and training, Perform office administrative, front desk duties. Handle incoming and outgoing communications
• 4. Payroll Assistance: Assist in preparation of payroll data for submission, manage employee benefits

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR support role.
• Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
• Knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Female candidates preferred for this position
