Essential Skills & Qualifications :

• Degree and/or Masters level qualification in HRM
• Solid experience at head of department level leading an
  HR Function in a busy multi site organisation, ideally within the microfinance/financial services industry.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced busy environment with 700+ employees across Uganda.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a hands on, practical and people centered approach to HR.
• Strong conflict management and employment law skills
• Experience using and generating HR Metrics and Data to inform sound decisions and strategies.
