HOUSEKEEPER

As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and hygiene throughout our lodge to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
• Change bed linens, make beds and replenish room amenities
• Ensure rooms are well-stocked with supplies and report any shortages
• Report maintenance issues or damages for prompt attention
• Maintain cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment and storage areas
• Follow hotel laundry procedures when assigned
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and respectful attitude
• Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in housekeeping is an added advantage
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift, bend and stand for long hours
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Ability to work as part of a team
