• Oversee hotel operations, including answering inquiries related to hotel policies and services, and resolving guests’ complaints. • Engage in financial management activities such as setting room rates, establishing budgets, and allocating funds to various departments. • Monitor revenue activity and ensure efficient operations through staff performance observation. • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and overall appearance. • Assign duties and schedule shifts for staff members. • Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless coordination of hotel activities. • Meet with clients to plan and schedule details for events such as conventions and banquets. • Train and develop staff to enhance service quality.
