KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings
• Participate in onboarding activities for new employees
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention activities
• Support the management of payroll administration and compliance tasks
• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as required

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
