• Clean, dust, and polish guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities. • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and wipe down surfaces. • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hotel policies. • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items. • Refill cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when stock is low. • Follow strict hygiene and safety standards at all times. • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to hotel brand standards. • Maintain a polite and professional attitude when interacting with guests.
