• Avanti Energy Services Limited is hiring a Health Safety Environment Supervisor to support our client in the dynamic oil and gas sector. This is a critical role for a results-oriented professional committed to advancing clear goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.• Providing training and educating employees on safety and environmental policies. • Investigating accidents, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions. • Ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry regulations. • Maintaining safety records, monitoring performance, and reporting to management. • Promoting a safety culture and fostering employee engagement in safety practices. • Managing emergency response, first aid, and environmental impact monitoring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Oil and gas management, or a related field. • Certification: Nebosh Certificate • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HSE supervisory role, preferably in oil & gas. • 2 years in Rig Management Experience • Skills: Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment, and excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
