• Developing and executing operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction • Overseeing key operational areas: Underwriting, Claims, Provider Relations, Care Management, and IT Operations • Leading the company’s budget process and aligning it with strategic initiatives • Providing leadership in developing and implementing short and long term strategic operational and financial objectives

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field • ClI/Diploma in Insurance Qualification or equivalent • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
