• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support overall business objectives. • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business plans. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies. • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring financial integrity and transparency. • Develop and implement effective financial controls and risk management strategies. • Monitor and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and market risks. • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.
