• Diploma in Fisheries Management and Technologies.
• Ability to swim and be comfortable on water.
• Ability to solve and do simple math calculations.
• Good Communication skills including reading and writing Skills.
• High self-motivated and working with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, capable of being involved in farming operations.
• Should be honest.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and interact well with others.
