2026 Graduate Trainee Program across our operations in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, DRC, South Sudan, and Somalia. The program offers structured development through hands-on experience, guided learning, and mentorship, equipping graduates with the skills and exposure required to grow into future leaders within the Group.

Program Overview

• Rotational assignments across key business functions

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (minimum Upper Second Class Honours or equivalent), or awaiting graduation
• Minimum B grade (or equivalent) at secondary level
• Nationals of the respective countries
• 25 years of age or below
