KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive departmental growth.
• Promote Gym & Spa services with a deep understanding of our clientele to boost revenue and membership.
• Develop strategies to attract new members and retain loyal clients through exceptional service and staff engagement.
• Supervise staff performance, scheduling, training, and wellbeing. Step in during peak hours when needed.
• Enforce SOPs, conduct safety audits, and ensure staff are trained in safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Degree or diploma in Health Sciences, Sports, Spa & Gym Management, Physiotherapy, Cosmetology, or related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in a luxury Spa & Gym setting (4-5 star hotel) at middle or senior management level
• Proven expertise in Spa & Gym operations and team leadership
