KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire new clients • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and position the company competitively. • Develop proposals, pitch to prospects, and close deals. • Maintain client relationships to increase retention and upsell/cross-sell services. • Track, measure, and report on growth KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue). • Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align growth strategies with delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field form a recognised institution. • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles. • Strong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing skills. • Ability to build and manage client relationships at different levels. • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing services is an added advantage.
