• Concept Development & Design Execution • Plan and develop creative concepts by researching and studying relevant materials. • Illustrate design concepts, including art arrangements, sizing, typography, and styling, for approval by the Quality In-Charge. • Design graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, social media, and web content using tools like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator. • Review and refine final designs, suggesting improvements and refinements where necessary. • Production & File Management • Operate necessary design software and equipment to create high-quality final artwork. • Prepare and deliver customer designs on time, ensuring high standards of creativity and execution. • Organize and maintain customer design files, ensuring easy access and retrieval based on the customer list. • Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with the Quality In-Charge to align designs with company standards. • Contribute to team projects and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and project execution. • Branding & Creative Strategy • Create a wide range of visual assets, including advertisements, marketing collateral, and digital content. • Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and aesthetic vision. • Stay up to date • with the latest design trends and tools, continuously improving creative output.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work. • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.). • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback. • Additional Requirements: • Experience in print and digital media is a plus. • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage. • A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creativity!
