GRADUATE TRAINEE OPPORTUNITIES – SEPTEMBER 2026

TotalEnergies EP Uganda is offering Graduate Trainee opportunities to fresh university graduates with a bachelor’s degree not exceeding two years after graduation with academic scores that reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.

The Graduate Trainee opportunities are available in the following areas;

Corporate Affairs Graduate Trainee

Provide support to the Corporate Affairs department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Marketing, International Relations, Journalism.

HR Data Analysis Graduate Trainee

Provide support to the Human Resource department.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Quantitative Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
