• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline • At least three years of Senior Management experience in hospitality or related sectors • Proven ability in business development, client relations, financial management, strategic planning, and leadership • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-manage-ment skills • Understanding of local and International hospitality trends is an added advantage
