We’re looking for a hands-on operator to run the business in-country, from farm gate to container.

You will own volume, quality, cost delivery and timing across every sourcing region, with a visible presence in the field

Sourcing & field operations

Procurement, branch teams, certification, EUDR, new regions

Commercial & trade

Pricing, margin, shipments, customers at origin

People, finance & systems Budgets, cash control, ERP, data

Chocolate Production Unit

Full oversight

People leadership runs through all of it. Developing the team is core to the job

– YOU BRING

• Sharp financial instincts: unit costs, margin, working capital, cash
• 5-10+ years in commodity trading, sourcing, agribusiness, supply chain or export operations. Cocoa or coffee is a strong
• A track record of managing managers across dispersed locations control

• Strong Excel, ERP and data skills, plus a relevant degree
• Added Advantage: sub-Saharan Africa or emerging-market experience; organic, Fair Trade or EUDR know-how; new-site setup
