KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients. suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics. or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage_
• Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in logistics or a related industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
