C4 Logistics located in Busega Kampala is looking for a skilled and experienced Garage Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty machinery and vehicles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workshop operations, managing a team of mechanics, and ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily workshop activities and assign tasks to mechanics
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of heavy-duty machinery
Monitor job progress and ensure quality of work
Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Manage spare parts usage and workshop tools
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10+years’ of experience in heavy-duty machinery maintenance and atleast 5 years in a supervisory role
