C4 Logistics Ltd Busega is looking for A garage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the garage, ensuring that all Company vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, safe, and available for operations while controlling maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily garage operations and allocate work to mechanics.
Plan and monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and returned to service on time.
Supervise garage staff and monitor their performance and discipline.
Monitor the use and accountability of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, safety standards, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
Inspect completed repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
Coordinate response to vehicle breakdowns and accident-related repairs.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair history.
Prepare regular garage and maintenance reports for Management.
Monitor garage expenses and control unnecessary repair and maintenance costs.
Identify mechanical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure the garage is clean, safe, and properly organized.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field.
At least 6 years’ experience in garage, workshop, or fleet management.
Experience with heavy trucks and commercial vehicles is an added advantage.
