KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new merchants and grow revenue
  • Present RukaPay’s digital payment solutions (QR, NFC, USSD *289#, wallets)
  • Build strong client relationships and close deals
  • Hit (and exceed) sales targets

 

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

 

  • 2-3 years of sales experience (Fintech/FMCG/Telco is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-driven
  • Familiar with the Ugandan market
