We are hiring full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor at Best Western Premier Garden Hotel Entebbe located in Entebbe, Uganda. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front office, manage receptionist duties, handle customer interactions, and ensure the smooth coordination of reservations. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service and effectively communicating with team members and clients.
Leading and supervising the team to enhance efficiency and performance is a core aspect of this position.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven Supervisory Skills to guide and motivate front office staff
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling operations related to front office functionality
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional experiences and handle client inquiries professionally
- Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring accuracy in scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage workflows and team dynamics
