KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients, vendors, and guests. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments. • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. • Maintain an organized filing system for documents, invoices, and client records. • Serve as the first point of contact for high-profile clients, distributors, and partners. • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary. • Coordinate client meetings, tastings, and events, ensuring seamless logistics. • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and vendors. • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and inventory tracking in collaboration with the sales and logistics teams. • Manage appointment scheduling for sales representatives and executives. • Prepare reports on front office activities, customer feedback, and operational issues. • Train and mentor front office staff on company policies, customer service standards, and industry-specific knowledge. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Leisure and Hospitality or a related field • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably within the beverage, food, or FMCG) industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and other partners. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM software. • Ability to travel as required for sales meetings, conferences, and events. • Capable of managing and mentoring a high-performing team. • Ability to analyze sales trends and marketing metrics to optimize performance. • Expertise in negotiating contracts and deals with clients and partners. • Ability to think outside the box in developing campaigns and promotional strategies.
