• Keep office tidy and presentable. • Welcome visitors and answer queries. • Address or forward complaints • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages. • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. • Handle clerical and secretarial duties. • Scheduling meetings and appointments. • Take up other duties as may be assigned.

• The ideal applicant for the Legitimate Investments Front Desk Officer Position should have: • Proven experience as front desk representative or relevant position with a reputable institution. • In-depth knowledge of computers especially MS Office applications especially words, excel. • At least a Diploma in any business related courses from a recognized institution specializing in the following areas: • Microfinance • Accounting and Finance • Marketing (both traditional and digital) • Secretarial studies • Human Resource Management • A credit in English and Mathematics at O level • Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping • Very good communication skills both oral and written. • Familiar with office machines such as fax, printer, photocopier, shredder, etc • Smart, organized and presentable. • Very flexible with good team work and collaboration abilities. • Age: Female between 25– 33 years
