Contract: 3 Months probation, 1 Year first contract. Thereafter Full Time.

Position Summary
The Karamoja Safari Camp is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Staff. As a cornerstone of our guest experience, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our visitors. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in a hotel front desk role.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in hotel management software (desirable).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.

- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
- Experienced in using Booking Systems on various platforms
