FRONT DESK AGENT / RECEPTIONIST

The Front Desk Agent is the face of Kabale Safari Club, responsible for creating exceptional first impressions, managing reservations, welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless stay from check-in to check-out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make, verify, revise and cancel reservations
• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Post room, tax and miscellaneous charges accurately
• Handle cashiering and manage front desk transactions
• Maintain front desk drawers, files and supplies
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Filing paperwork and stocking front desk resources
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must be able to work any day and any shift
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Neat appearance and good penmanship
• Proficient in Room Key/SafeLoc (or willingness to learn)
• Advanced customer service skills
• Confidentiality and professionalism at all times
