This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetups (depending on location and availability). The developer will be working on client projects under our brand, and will receive a percentage of the payment made by clients per project. Payment Structure: This is a project-based, revenue-sharing role. You will be paid a negotiated percentage from each project’s client payment (e.g., 20–30% depending on project size and complexity). Payments will be made after the client makes payment to us (milestone-based or full). No fixed monthly salary—ideal for freelancers looking to build long-term work relationships with consistent projects. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop custom websites and web-based systems from scratch using different approaches. Build and manage MySQL databases, ensuring proper structure, security, and optimization. Integrate and develop RESTful APIs. Collaborate on UI/UX implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferably plain JS). Ensure all systems are secure, mobile-responsive, and optimized for performance. Debug, test, and document code before delivery. Communicate progress and challenges clearly and promptly. Occasionally meet in person (if feasible) to discuss requirements or present deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

â€¢ Proven experience developing web systems (portfolio or live links required). â€¢ Strong proficiency in: PHP & JavaScript â€¢MySQL and relational database design Front-end frameworks or libraries (Bootstrap majorly) â€¢REST API development and integration Familiarity with version control (Git), hosting environments (cPanel), and deployment processes. â€¢Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code on time. â€¢Good communication and professionalism—especially since you'll be representing our brand. â€¢Bonus: Experience in building admin dashboards, CMS, CRM, or booking/management systems.
