SINOPEC, the main contractor for the Tilenga (EPSCC). Project is inviting applications from qualified Ugandans to undergo fully funded International Standard Training in specialized trade roles.

TARGET GROUP:

Ugandan Nationals, specifically Project Affected Persons (PAPs) from the Host Districts (Buliisa, Nwoya, Hoima, Kikuube, Masindi). Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. SUPERVISION & INSPECTION

10 Electrical QC Inspector: (Diploma/Degree + ERA Class B/A)
20 PTW (Permit) Holder: (A-Level/Diploma + Site Safety Experience)

2. TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS

20 Pipe Fitter: (Vocational Cert/Trade Test + Experience)
40 Electrician: ERA Class B Permit + Experience)
30 Instrument Installer: (Diploma/Cert in Electronics/ Electrical
20 Coded Pipe Welder: (Vocational Cert/Dil Assessment + Experience)
20 Telecom Installer: (IT/Telecom Background + Computer Literacy)

3. PRACTICAL TRADES

30 Insulator: (O-Level/DIT + Manual Dexterity)
30 Painter: (Experience + Physical Finess)
20 Material Man: (O-Level + Basic Excel/Stock Management)
