KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administration: Manage forensic & security department policies and workflows.
• Fraud Investigation: Detect, investigate, and report fraud/theft; collect evidence; prepare legal reports; maintain chain of custody.
• Security & Mitigation: Develop fraud risk strategies, deploy security systems, conduct risk assessments, and close internal control gaps.
• Regulatory & Collaboration: Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering laws, represent Jubilee in court, trace funds, and work with FIA, Police, and internal teams.
• Awareness & Training: Lead fraud awareness campaigns, train staff, and foster a proactive fraud-prevention culture.
• Forensic Development: Introduce digital forensics, standardised investigation protocols, and stay updated on fraud trends.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Criminology,
• or related field.
• Professional certification preferred (CFE, CPA, or equivalent).
• 4-6 years’ experience in fraud management, preferably in insurance/financial services.

• Integrity, ethics, and adaptability.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Python), forensic tools (EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite), cybersecurity knowledge, and data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI).
