• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in service delivery.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for F&B offerings, pricing, and promotions in alignment with market trends and guest preferences.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Plan menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, focusing on innovation, cost-efficiency, and customer appeal.

• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage vendor relationships, source ingredients and beverages, and negotiate supply contracts to ensure quality and cost control.

• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, sales forecasts, and profit and loss (P&L) performance to meet financial goals.

• Coordinate with kitchen, events, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of banquets, private functions, and promotional events.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and organize staff development programs.

• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in food and beverage operations management (preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment).

• Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory control, sales forecasting, and financial accountability.

• Demonstrated success in menu planning, vendor sourcing, and cost optimization.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
