• Patrol, inspect, and maintain drill floor, wellhead tools, and site equipment. • Operate wellhead equipment and handle drilling tools (pulling, making/breaking). • Ensure safe loading, unloading, and hoisting of goods. • Monitor site for issues (e.g., leaks), address, and report promptly. • Perform wellhead operations during casing running and drilling tool connections. • Conduct derusting, painting, and anti-corrosion tasks on modules. • Identify unsafe behaviors; implement emergency procedures and participate in safety training.

• College degree or above preferred; under 30 with required qualification certificates. • Familiarity with equipment operation, QHSE system, and relevant laws/regulations. • Ability to operate drilling/workover equipment; land drilling/hoisting experience preferred • Positive work ethic, integrity, and skilled operation in oil drilling/completion. • Join Our Team • Avanti Energy Services Limited is a Ugandan national company providing essential services to the upstream oil and gas production industry within Uganda.
