• Efficient Mobile Money Float management. • Disbursements effectively followed up between Yo Uganda and Baylor Foundation Uganda respective accounts. • Swift processing of Mobile money transactions. • Proper accounting procedures for Mobile money followed at all stages. • Satisfactory Accountability for all mobile money transactions. • Reconciliations done on a timely basis by close of each day. • Enhance compliance through continuous training. • Review of Standard Operating Procedures on mobile money whenever need arises and dissemination of the same. • Provision of support to team and liaison between Yo Uganda and Baylor Foundation Uganda.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance. • Membership to professional organizations i.e., ACCA or CPA (U) or a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting related qualification. • Over Six years’ working experience with at least Four years’ experience in the Finance department of a reputable Non-Governmental Organization.
