Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Officer, located in Kagadi Mabaale. The Finance Officer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing the organization’s budget. The role also includes developing financial policies, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders are essential to supporting the organization’s financial health and mission.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

 

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Finance management, Advanced Excel is Key
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and providing insights
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting financial information and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Attention to detail, ethical standards, and high levels of integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting BCOM ,-Accounting , BBA Accounting , CPA Level III, ACCA
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks Online, is an advantage
• Experience in non-profit financial management is a plus
• Must be a Born again Christian with you pastor’s recommendation letter.
• Knowledge in budgeting is a must
