• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, and financial reporting. • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Manage the organization’s administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and logistics. • Provide regular financial analysis and reporting to senior management. • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures. • Oversee the operations of the Central Finance Facility (CFF).

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution. • Professional Certification or Training at-least level 2 of. CPA or ACCA will be an added advantage. • Related Job Experience • At least 3 years’ experience in financial management in medium to large size organizations, with 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role. • Proven expertise in developing and implementing financial controls and processes. • Familiarity of usage of Sage Pastel Accounting Software. • Proven experience to manage and engage teams for delivery of results
