• Support preparation and maintenance of financial records • Record daily transactions and assist with ledger accuracy • Help with invoicing and follow-ups on pending payments • Reconcile accounts and assist in month-end/year-end close • Process and verify expense reports • Maintain inventory and monitor transactions • Support debtor tracking and reporting • Perform other duties as assigned

• Must-Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, ledgers, reconciliations) • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude • Nice-to-Have: • Previous internship or volunteer experience in finance or admin • Familiarity with Google Sheets or QB online accounting software • Strong communication and organizational skills • Personal Attributes • Eager to grow in the accounting field • Team-oriented and dependable • Committed to integrity and meeting deadlines
