KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and audits.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and processing of transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for financial and compliance records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in finance or compliance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Uganda’s financial regulations is an advantage.
