Role Description
We are seeking a Finance and Administration Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Uganda. This role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Manager will conduct financial analysis, monitor budgets, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as ensuring efficient office operations and supporting organizational goals through effective resource management.
