This role requires strong financial management skills.

The Finance and Admin Manager will oversee budgeting, cash flow, and ensure accurate reporting for Nilezilla Ltd’s operations.

Admin, HR & Planning

OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT

Oversee facilities and vendor contracts to ensure smooth operations, enhancing efficiency within the organization while effectively managing procurement processes and relationships with suppliers.

STRATEGIC COLLABORATION

Collaborate on recruitment, benefits, and performance management, supporting organizational growth through effective HR strategies and aligning workforce capabilities with Nilezilla Ltd’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields is essential for this position.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the private sector or NGO is required.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary for effective team collaboration.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

ACCA or CPA qualifications are highly preferred for financial expertise and credibility.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY

Familiarity with contemporary accounting software is crucial for efficient financial management.
