• Assist with finance documentation, reconciliations, invoice processing, and filing.
• Support procurement tasks: sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase requests, and tracking orders.
• Maintain administrative records and support the team with logistics (travel bookings, office supplies, meetings).
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and updated trackers for finance & procurement.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and financial policies.

• Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Procurement, or related.

• Excellent organizational and MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
