• Conduct school visits and presentations to students and parents
• Represent IUEA at education fairs and recruitment events
• Build relationships with school counselors and administrators
• Follow up on leads and track them through the enrollment funnel
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate Lead records for Call Centre team to conduct follow up
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
• Schedule campus tours for prospective students

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2-3 years in field sales or recruitment
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong closing abilities

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Knowledge of Ugandan education system is an advantage
